At Rixvital, we are committed to delivering your order in a timely and reliable manner. Please review our shipping policy below to understand how and when your order will be processed and delivered.


Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, when available.

Please note that processing times may be extended during periods of high demand, promotions, or holidays.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping fees (if applicable) and delivery estimates are displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): 5–10 business days

  • Expedited Shipping (U.S.): 3–5 business days (if available)

  • International Shipping: 7–21 business days, depending on destination and customs processing

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or customs clearance.


Shipping Locations

Rixvital currently ships to:

  • The United States

  • Selected international destinations

If your location is not supported at checkout, we are unable to ship to that address at this time.


Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be sent via email.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.

If you do not receive tracking details within a reasonable time frame, please contact our support team.


Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

Rixvital is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.


Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order appears delayed or lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

We will work with the carrier to investigate the issue; however, Rixvital is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.


Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of the damaged package and product. We will review the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.


Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.


Changes & Cancellations

Orders cannot be modified or canceled once they have been processed or shipped. Please ensure all order details are correct before completing your purchase.
