Your products will ship within two days of your order, and then take up to 7 days to reach your doorstep. Each Customer at Rixvital has an estimated delivery time depending on their location.

We offer free USA shipping on orders over $100. For orders under $100, a flat rate of $7 will be charged.

We want you to love your purchase, but if you want to return something, you have 14 days from the delivery date to do so. Please note that we are not able to refund shipping costs. All costs associated with returning products are your responsibility. If your products are used, damaged, or post-stamped outside the 14-day return window, we reserve the right to refuse the return or offer you store credit, which can be used across multiple orders.
