You can always contact us for any return questions at:

We will accept returns of unworn clothing items with original tags and clear garment packaging with the SKU label. We do not accept exchanges of any kind.

Return requests must be initiated within 7 days (the first day of the return window starts the day tracking shows delivered status) of receiving all items in the order and shipped back to us within 7 days of submission to qualify for a full refund.

If it is a split package order, it will start from the time of the final package delivery date and time.

  • Orders returned without meeting the above criteria are subject to a 30% restocking fee, or we may decline the entire return.
  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. 
  • Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless it was a shipping error or a damaged item. 
  • Please allow us 5 - 7 business days from the day we receive the returned package to process.
  • We will email you after the return has been processed to confirm what has been done.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us.

For the safety and protection of our customers, all sales of supplements, ingestible vitamins and minerals, and beauty/wellness products are final.
Due to the nature of these items and strict health regulations, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds once a product has left our facility.

This policy is in place to ensure:

  •  Product Safety – Once shipped, items cannot be resold or reused.

  •  Health Protection – Preventing potential contamination or tampering.

  •  Regulatory Compliance – Adhering to FDA and industry food safety standards.
